Congratulations to everyone who submitted entries for the contest—you made things very, very difficult for our esteemed panel of judges. After much debate, however, the three scholarships have been awarded to:

The judges for the scholarship were:  internationally recognized art collector Gregg Spatz, WotC art director Jon Schindehette, and Hugo and Chesley winning artists Bob Eggleton, Steve Hickman and Todd Lockwood. We send a special note of thanks to the judges!
