The time is nigh! The first round of voting for the 2010 Illie Award has begun!

The Illie Award is given to recognize the single best traditionally created work of the year. Twenty-one nominees have been posted on the Award page—————————all registered members of IlluXCon.com are invited to go and vote. The first round of voting will reduce the 21 nominees down to 5 finalists, and then the second round of voting will determine the winner. The first round of voting runs from July 16th through August 15th, so head on over and vote!

The winning artist will be announced on November 13th at IlluXCon, and the winner will receive the Illie Award trophy, a gorgeous original bronze sculpted and cast by Vincent Villafranca.
